My research background and training have been heavily influenced by psychometrics, behavioral economics, and theories of leadership. I conduct research on three main topics, including anxiety, personality in the workplace, and leader-follower relationships. To do so, I use different methods including (natural) experiments, machine learning algorithms to infer traits and behavior based on social media data and traditional surveys.
